6. Once the perfect home is found, write an Offer to Purchase with your Realtor
   1. Deposit Earnest Money
7. Review offer with Realtor and begin Negotiaions and Counter-Offer
8. Accept the Contract and the property enters Escrow
   1. Arrange Property Inspections and any other inspections  
   2. Prepare and Negotiate Purchase and Sale
9. Complete the Mortgage Application with your Mortgage Company

10. Mortgage Company Secures Underwriting

12. Both Buyer and Seller agree on a Schedule for Termite & Survey
13. Prepare to Close with Bank & Attorney

14. Property exchanges ownership and the Escrow closes on the Property
