Jim began refurbishing and re-selling residential properties in the 1980’s. As this part time, profitable business grew, retirement from his corporate career in computer sales became a natural decision.
Jim recently moved to the best brokerage firm he could find, CyBer Realty! Why, you ask? This was done to eliminate many rules, restrictions, and fees forced on clients by many larger real estate firms. Jim’s buyers and sellers enjoy the many benefits of a privately owned company, including the more personalized, customized services that he provides.
Thanks to years as a successful, professional salesman, Jim has developed excellent negotiating skills. His relationship with many key people-legal and financial experts, home inspectors, builders, contractors, appraisers and loan officers, translates into positive benefits for his clients.
Jim and his wife Judy live in Severn. Together they have five grown children and several grandchildren. They share the hobbies of home improving, gardening, traveling, and biking.

Judy has over twenty years experience as an administrative and legal secretary. Her eye for detail and professional focus brings a valuable level of insight and organization to the team. Judy and Jim have been told they are individually impressive but together they are formidable. In addition, Judy has acquired formal horticultural training which she has used on various professional landscaping projects. She has an eye for improving visual appeal both inside and outside the home.

Donale has been in the real estate industry since the early 1990's Doing what she loves, Donale has seen the real estate industry change over the past 15 years through several buyer and seller markets. Becky began her real estate career in 1978 when interest rates were 14 to 18 percent. Sucess in this scenario was challenging and called for creativity.
